Soft Instep Closure System: The wide, padded strap is coupled to a soft, thermoformed material to increase comfort and performance. It distributes pressure evenly over the arch area and is adjustable from both sides for perfect centering. The system elimates the need for the High Instep Extender and uses the SL and Caliper buckle straps, which are serviceable and replaceable.
Caliper Buckle: The micrometric closure is regulated by lifting the central buckle. In order to completely open, lift together both sides buckles. To slightly loosen the closure while riding, push down the central clip.
High Security Velcro: The high security straps with integrated locking polymer teeth engage onto each other when the strap is closed. This feature makes the closure more secure and the strap becomes unmoveable.
Heel Cup System (HCS): Sidi Created the heel cup system for cyclists with narrower ankles. The mechanism tightens the top of the heel cup so that it doesn't slip during steep climbs or sprints. Made from thermoplastic, it can be easily replaced or removed.

The Carbon Composite Sole is construtcted using the same design as the revolutionary Full Carbon Sole. The toe section is thinner to provide a slight amount of flex while retaining excellent stiffness and power transfer in the main body. The sole is engineered for high-performance, high mileage cyclists who need a rigid sole that does not compromise the foot's blood circulation, guaranteeing comfort and great performance. |

The Carbon Composite Sole is made out of carbon fibre injected into a matrix of nylon. The nylon used does not absorb water or lose rigidity in hot or humid weather. The resulting sole is significantly lighter and stiffer than the previous Hi-Tech Carbon Sole. The new sole desgin is also thinner, bringing the foot closer to the pedal axis. It includes an anti-slip insert at the toe and has a replaceable rubber heel pad. The Carbon Composite Sole is compatible with the Look Keo Memory Cleat. |
