Recommended Use: Add 1 tablet to 500ml of water and drink before, during or after intense exercise to meet your hydration needs. Consume 1 tablet per 60 minutes of intense exercise. Maxifuel electro tablets dissolve instantly without mixing.
Do not exceed recommended use and hydrate as normal.
