Wiggle ships globally to over 70 countries. What's more, FREE shipping applies to all orders over a minimum spend, with the exception of Bikes, Frames and Indoor Trainers.

Wiggle deliver to over 70 countries worldwide.
Free delivery is available to every country that wiggle deliver to although each country outside of the UK has its own minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is available on all orders excluding bikes, frames and indoor trainers (trainers can now be shipped overseas and at the same cost as a bike). The value of the minimum spend will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.
You can also choose to add priority despatch to your order. Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order. If you do not choose priority despatch your order may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed during peak times before it is despatched.

Delivery times are dependant on many factors but we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery in Europe will take approximately 2-5 days after despatch and worldwide will take 3-10 days from despatch.
Free delivery is available to every country that wiggle deliver to although each country outside of the UK has its own minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. The value of the minimum spend will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
This depends on which despatch method you choose. If you select Priority Despatch we will despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order. If you choose Free Delivery this may take longer.
We ship most items worldwide although some are restricted depending on the exact shipping destination. The following products usually have shipping restrictions:
If you select your shipping destination from our home page you will only see products on the site that are available for your selected shipping destination.
For smaller parcels & packages we will despatch your item via Airmail, which is a Royal Mail service. No signature will be required on delivery of your order. Please note that due to the economy nature of the Royal Mail service it is not possible to trace a delayed parcel until 28 days after shipping. For higher value orders / bulky items we will despatch your item with Parcel Force International via the Express Mail Service EMS & The E-Parcel Group EPG. The price of delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping cost of your order when you view your wiggle shopping basket. You will also be able to see the free delivery threshold in your wiggle shopping basket.
Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

Import duties: Our understanding is that bikes, frames and forks, over $1,000aud may be subject to a 5% import duty (chargeable on the amount over $1,000 - e.g. a $1500 bike may attract $50 in import tax - 5% of the $500 over $1,000) upon arrival into Australia. Most other items, including wheels, parts and accessories remain free of any import duties.
Local GST: Our understanding is that this is not typically applied although you need to check the local situation carefully.

Our understanding of the current tax situation is as follows: All bikes, frames and forks are subject to 5% import duty on amounts over $1,000aud. Cycle parts, accessories and wheels are not liable for import duty upon receipt into Australia. We do strongly encourage customers to check the local situation as this changes overtime.
