Wiggle offers an alternative secure payment method via PayPal. You can pay with PayPal without the need to register an account or use your existing PayPal account and check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

Bank Transfer

  • Bank transfer is available for all customers in Spain paying in Euros.
  • Bank transfer enables you to pay directly into the Wiggle bank account without the need to enter credit or debit card details.
  • Your bank may charge you for transferring money into the Wiggle bank account. Please note that you are responsible for paying any such fees on top of the total amount stated at the checkout.
  • When paying by bank transfer, we cannot reserve stock for you until the money has been checked and cleared into the Wiggle bank account.
  • Please make sure you put the order number as the reference for your bank transfer. Without this we may not be able to release your goods. If we do not receive payment within 14 days of placing the order, your order will be cancelled.

    About PayPal

    Wiggle offers an alternative secure payment method via PayPal. PayPal do not insist you open an account, making payment by Credit or Debit card even easier. It's advised you do creat an account to enable the benefits of signing up with PayPal, such as buyer protection and faster checkout next time without the need to enter your card details. Our invoicing and backorder systems with PayPal work differently from our other payment methods. Our returns system is slightly different, we can only refund you for the items rather than swap them.

    When paying through PayPal the total order amount will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched when we process the order as quickly as we can. If items are out of stock we will aim to despatch them as soon as possible after they arrive here. The same applies for any backorders that are created due to out of stock items within a larger order. Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible. Any returns will always be charged back to your original payment method.

    Placing a PayPal Order

    Add items to your basket, then select checkout in the usual way and follow the on screen instructions

    Select PayPal as the payment method

    Follow the onscreen instructions

    You will be redirected to PayPal where you need to choose the PayPal funding source you wish to use for your order and confirm or edit the delivery details. Once you have done this you need to click on the orange 'Review Payment' button to return to wiggle . Please note that orders containing a bike require you to use a PayPal 'confirmed' address for delivery for security reasons. A 'confirmed' address must be earnt by signing up an account and making a few successful transactions first.

    Check all the order details are correct, items ordered, vouchers used, shipping address etc then click on 'Confirm Order'. PayPal will then charge you for the order total amount and pay this amount to wiggle. You will not be charged an administration fee for using this service.

    If the order is successfully created you will be redirected to a thank you page showing your order number and items ordered.

    You will then receive 2 emails, 1 from PayPal to confirm your payment and 1 from wiggle to confirm your order.

    If you are redirected to an error page or do not receive an online confirmation email from us then it is likely that an error prevented the creation of the order at Wiggle. If you are not sure please log into your wiggle customer account. If the order does not appear there within 5 minutes then it was not successfully created.

    If you receive an email from PayPal stating that you have paid for your order but do not receive an email from wiggle, please log into your account and check that the order was successfully created there. If it was not please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk quoting your name, wiggle account email address, paypal account email address, the items that you ordered and any vouchers that you used. We will then be able to recreate the order and find your PayPal payment to link it to.

    Paying with PayPal without Creating a PayPal Account

    You can now pay with PayPal without the need to open an account. This means PayPal will not hold onto your details after purchase.

    PayPal recommend signing up to an account to gain from the added benefits of PayPal account features, like...

    • buyer protection that guarantees your spend online
    • the ability to cancel your order through PayPal
    • quicker, card free checkout on future purchases

    PayPal limit the number of account free transactions to 10.

    Cancelling PayPal Orders

    Cancelling a PayPal order is exactly the same as cancelling any other order with wiggle.

    Please note: if you are paying with PayPal and have opted not to sign up an account, you are unable to cancel your order through PayPal. In the event you wish to cancel your order and have paid without registering a PayPal account, please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk who will be able to assist.

    If you want to cancel an order before we've despatched it, just login into your account and view the orders details of the order you wish to cancel then scroll to the foot of the page and click on the 'Cancel This Order' link. We try to despatch things very quickly so you need to cancel your order very quickly! If your order is already being processed or has been despatched we are unable to cancel and you will need to return it to us for a refund. On successful cancellation your payment should be immediately refunded to your PayPal account and you should receive emails from us and from PayPal to confirm this. If there is an error and your order is not cancelled or refunded please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk quoting the order number and they will do their best to help you and refund your payment.

    Unfortunately if you change your mind and want your order reactivated we are unable to do this with PayPal and you will need to place a new order instead.



    If you've received item(s) from wiggle and you don't want to keep them for any reason, return the goods to us and we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will credit your PayPal account straight away.

    Returning PayPal Orders

    Returning a PayPal order is almost the same as other orders.

    • We will happily refund any item purchased from Wiggle
    • We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee
    • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached
    • All returns must have a completed returns form
    • PayPal only allow us to refund you a maximum of 60 days after we processed your order. This includes the day we despatched the order, weekends and bank holidays
    • We will credit your PayPal account that was used to pay for the items this may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds

    Unfortunately we are unable to swap items paid for by PayPal. Please return the item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you require

    Changing your PayPal order

    It may be possible to alter an item you have ordered if you discover it is the wrong one. However the total cost of the order cannot be greater than the total cost of the original order.

    Orders can only be altered before they are being processed and despatched. We try to process and despatch things very quickly so you need to be very quick!

    Please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for help. They will try to answer your query as quickly as possible but it may take a couple of days after the weekend and your order may already have been despatched.

    PayPal Errors

    Unfortunately sometimes there are problems creating or processing PayPal Orders.

    Here are some of the errors you might receive while creating you order:

    • If you are redirected to an error page or do not receive an online confirmation email from us then it is likely that an error prevented the creation of the order at Wiggle. If you are not sure please log into your wiggle customer account. If the order does not appear there within 5 minutes then it was not successfully created. If you receive an email from PayPal stating that you have paid for your order but do not receive an email from wiggle, please log into your account and check that the order was successfully created there. If it was not please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk quoting your name, wiggle account email address, paypal account email address, the items that you ordered and any vouchers that you used. We will then be able to recreate the order and find your PayPal payment to link it to.
    • If using Switch/Maestro with PayPal: While you are placing your order when you are redirected to PayPal they put you in a loop asking for your card details which are already registered with them and you have used with PayPal before. Even if you re-enter the details it brings up another error message. PayPal have suggested entering the details of a different card. If you need further help with this problem please contact PayPal.
    • 'The buyer is restricted' - PayPal have placed restrictions on your account and we are unable to proceed with your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve this issue with them. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly to wiggle. Please update your wiggle account with the card your wish to pay with then contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for further help to do this.
    • 'The buyer cannot pay, transaction rejected' - PayPal believes you are unable to pay for your order. Please contact PayPal and then let us know when the issue is resolved and we can retry to process your order. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly to wiggle. Please update your wiggle account with the card your wish to pay with then contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for further help to do this.
    • 'The funding source is missing' - The funding source you chose to use to pay for your order is no longer connected to your PayPal account or your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve the issue then let us know when you are ready for us to retry to process your order. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly to wiggle. Please update your wiggle account with the card your wish to pay with then contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for further help to do this.
    • 'Transaction refused due to risk model of the buyer' - PayPal have run a risk model against your account for security reasons and believe your account may be high risk and will not allow us to proceed with your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve this issue and then let us know when you are ready for us to retry to process your order. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly to wiggle. Please update your wiggle account with the card your wish to pay with then contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for further help to do this.
