Priority Despatch

NOTE: Priority Despatch is available for all products except Bikes

Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order.

UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock  within 2 working days.

With Priority Despatch we insure we despatch your order as quickly as possible via either a next-day courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.

International orders will take longer depending on destination but we will make sure your goods leave us as quickly as possible.

But when will my order be despatched?

If you order on a working day before 2pm GMT Monday – Thursday we aim to despatch your order the same day.

If you order on a Friday or Saturday we may despatch your order the same day but it may not arrive until the following week as not all postal services deliver at the weekends.

Priority Despatch orders placed on a Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!

  • Most of our customers want priority despatch so that's always the default option on wiggle

How much does priority despatch cost?

  • UK and international Priority Despatch costs only £3.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or cost.
  • Please note that bicycles have a priority dispatch charge of £29.99.

Will I receive my order any sooner if I choose priority despatch?

  • yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first
  • if you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner
  • If you select the free delivery option, you may wait up to a week for your goods. We will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have

Bike Priority Delivery

Note: We do not currently provide priority despatch for Bikes.

Order your new bike before 2pm and for only £29.99 you will jump the queue for guaranteed delivery within 2 working days.

Note: Priority delivery is subject to successful processing and security checks before deadline.

How does it work?

To benefit from Priority Delivery, simply ad your chosen bike to your basket and select priority delivery during checkout.

Note; A "working day" comprises Monday - Friday and does not include weekends or bank holidays. e.g. order before 2pm Wednesday and opt for Priority Bike Delivery and your bike is guaranteed to be delivered by Friday before 12pm midday. Subject to all security checks.

I'm in a real hurry - how do I know if wiggle has stock of an item?

  • if our site says "normally despatched in 24 hours" then we have stock of that item and it will probably be allocated to you
  • occasionally, our stock may already have been allocated to another customer. If this happens, it's first come, first served
  • if our site says "normally despatched in 2-7 days" then we don't have stock of that item at the moment - although more may arrive at any time
